WAX_US_LCM3 - Claim of OwnerShip

During an attempted coop/collaboration/31stModTeam invite i recieved some untextures 3d models from someone who calls himself Alper,  the collaboration grinded to a halt due to some internal issue's, so i decided to do the model myself, to be able to take full ownership.
I let the 3DsMax model comparence preview speak for itself.

I never had the change to teach Alper, ObjectBuilder/Oxygen, and prep the models, texturing, materialing, rigging, animating configing etc. to get his stuff working in Arma, hopefully he progressed on his own.

Naval assets consolidation, inspection, study, rework, ReUV, ReTexture, Upgrade, WAX_Tag, Authorize, A2->A3 Port etc. ToAttachOrToProxy? the Lifebuoy, LifeRaft, Ladders, Netting, Guns etc. on the ship. Prolly attach thru scripting

During still ongoing operation "WAX_Assets_Consolidation", sum forgotten hidden gems are discovered. An LCRS has been found. The old WAX_LibertyShip_AT's LowPoly-LifeBuoy and LowPoly-LifeRaft have higher detailed standalone models n textures.

After more consolidation two different higher detailed LifeBuoy's have been found on LCVP n LCM3. We'll check to see if they useable to convert as standalone object/proxy etc. like the LifeRaft and LCRS will.

- The LifeBuoy, LifeRaft and LCRS look promising, worth the time to invest some tender love and care.
